I. Haynes 242 Nickel-Based Alloy Overview:
Haynes242 nickel-based alloy is a nickel-based superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, cobalt and other elements, containing about 60% nickel. Haynes 242 nickel-based alloys, also known as age-strengthened alloys, still have excellent strength up to 705 ° C (1300 ° F). The coefficient of thermal expansion is low, and there is still good oxidation resistance at 815 ° C, and the processability is excellent. Excellent resistance to high temperature fluorine environment. Used in gas turbine seal rings, control structures and high temperature fasteners. Also used in the production of fluoropolymer plastics, chemical and petrochemical applications.

1. Classification:We can produce seamless pipes, welded pipes, plates, bars, forgings, rings, wires and supporting consumables of various specifications.
2. Ex-factory status: Seamless pipe: solid solution + acid white, with customizable length; Sheet: solid solution, pickling, trimming; Welded pipe: solid solution acid white + RT% flaw detection, forgings: annealing + lathe processing; Bar: forging, with surface polishing or lathe processing; Strip: cold-rolled, solid solution soft phase, and descaled; Wire: solid solution pickling coil or straight strip, solid solution straight strip with polishing surface. |
