I. overview:
1, NS322 (Hastelloy B2. N10665) alloy is acorrosion-resistant, solid solution nickel-molybdenum alloy. The NS322 has thefollowing features:
(1) Control the iron content and chromiumelement at the lowest level to prevent the formation of β-phase Ni 4 Mo.
(2) Excellent corrosion resistance to areducing environment.
(3) Excellent resistance to moderateconcentrations of sulfuric acid and many non-oxidizing acids,
(4) very good resistance to chloride ionreduction stress corrosion cracking (SCC),
