Chinesegrade: GH3030 nickel-based superalloy
Russian grade: ИИ435/XH78T
I. Overview of GH3030:
GH3030 is an early-developed 80Ni-20Crsolid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition. It hassatisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ° C, and has goodoxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and weldability. The alloyconsists of single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and its structuremaintain stable during in operation. We mainly supply the alloy in form ofcold-rolled sheets, however, the deformed products such as rods, rings, wiresand pipes are also available. It is extensively used for turbine enginecombustion chamber parts operating below 800 ℃ and other hightemperature parts that require oxidation resistance below 1100 ℃ butbear small load.
