I. Overview of GH1140:
GH1140 superalloy is a solid solutionstrengthened iron-nickel-based superalloy. In addition to containing a largeamount of chromium, a small amount of tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum andtitanium are used to strengthen the solid solution. The alloy has mediumthermal strength, high plasticity, good thermal fatigue, microstructurestability and welding process performance. It is mainly used in manufacturingsheet structural parts and other high-temperature parts of aero-engine and gasturbine combustion chambers with an operating temperature below 850 ° C. We cansupply various deformed products such as plates, rods, tubes, wires, strips andforgings.

II. Physical andchemical properties:
1. Physical properties:
(1) Density: ρ = 8.09g/cm3
(2) Electrical properties: Room temperatureresistivity ρ = 1.07 * 10-6Ω.m
(3) Magnetic properties: non-magnetic.
2. Chemical properties:
(1) Antioxidant performance:
