I. Overview of GH1040:
GH1040 iron-based superalloy is a solidsolution strengthened iron-based superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum,chromium, nitrogen and other elements, in which the nickel content is about26%. The alloy has good hot and cold workability. It can reach a sufficientlyhigh instantaneous strength in a short time at 990-1000 ℃; itshot working plasticity is good. GH1016 is mainly used in the generaltemperature-bearing parts (except turbine blades) for aerospace, aviation, gasturbine and other industrial applications at a combined temperature of 550-1000℃, and the turbine engine combustion chambers and afterburners forwork below 950 ℃. We can supply in form of seamless pipes, welded pipes, plates,bars, forgings, rings, wire and supporting welding materials.
