I. Overview of GH1016:
GH1016 superalloy is a solid solutionstrengthened iron-based superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, niobium andother elements, in which the nickel content is about 35%. The alloy has goodhot and cold workability, good combination of strength and plasticity atvarious temperatures, and high thermal strength, good thermal fatigueresistance, and oxidation resistance; its process properties such as stampingand welding are good. It will occur the aging effect in long-term use.
We can supply in form of seamless pipes,welded pipes, plates, bars, forgings, rings, wire and supporting weldingmaterials. GH1016 is mainly used in the general temperature-bearing parts(except turbine blades) for aerospace, aviation, gas turbine and otherindustrial applications at a combined temperature of 550-1000 ℃, andthe turbine engine combustion chambers and afterburners for work below 950 ℃.
