Chinesegrade: GH600/GH3600 nickel-based superalloy
US grade: Inconel/Inconel600
I. Overview of GH600/GH3600
GH600 is an early-developednickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy. It has good hightemperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and coldprocessing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory heat strengthand high plasticity below 700 ℃ . The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be joined by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. Itcan be supplied in form of cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled thick plates, strips, wires, rods, round cakes, ring billets, ring forgings, and extensively used inmaking anti-oxidation parts under 1100 ℃.
