I. Overview of GH159:

GH159 alloy is a new type of high-strengthheterogeneous cobalt-based superalloy developed on the basis of foreignheterogeneous cobalt-based superalloys (MP alloys). The alloy uses colddeformation to induce the cross-network-shaped sheet-like ε phase in theface-centered cubic matrix to prevent the long-distance movement ofdislocations to achieve strengthening, and aging treatment to precipitate thedispersed Ni3X phase to achieve supplemental strengthening. The alloy hascomprehensive properties such as ultra-high strength, good plastic toughness,and high stress corrosion resistance, and can still maintain its high-strengthcharacteristics at a high temperature of 650 ° C. This alloy can be widely usednot only for high-temperature fastening bolts and other parts of aircraftengines, but also for ultra-high-strength fasteners for aircraft that areserviced in stress corrosion environments (such as marine atmosphere). Wemainly supply in form of cold drawn bar.
