I. Overview of GH141:
GH141 is a precipitation-hardening typenickel-based deformed superalloy with high tensile and long-term creep strengthand good oxidation resistance in the range of 650 to 950 ° C. Due to the highcontent of aluminum, titanium, and molybdenum in the alloy, it is difficult toopen the ingot, but the deformed material has good plasticity. It can becold-formed or welded in the annealed state, and strain-aged cracks are likely tooccur during heat treatment of the welded parts. We can supply the alloy inform of thin plates, strips, wires, disks, rings, forgings, bars, and precisioncastings and they are mainly used in manufacturing aviation and aerospaceengines that require high strength below 870 ℃ and oxidation resistancebelow 980 ℃ Parts.
