I. Overview of Hastelloy G30:
Hastelloy G30 is nickel-based superalloy whichcontain Nickel, molybdenum, cobalt and other elements and its nickel content isabout 37%.

III. Typical applications:
1. Hastelloy G30 is widely used in phosphoricacid equipment, sulfuric acid equipment, nitric acid equipment, nuclear fuelreprocessing, nuclear waste processing, pickling operations, petrochemicalproducts, fertilizer production, pesticide production, and gold ore extraction.Hastelloy G30 has excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid / nitric acidmixtures for applications such as stainless steel pickling. Compared with other nickel-based oriron-based alloys, Hastelloy G30 shows better resistance in commercialphosphoric acid. It is increasingly used as an acid evaporator in thefertilizer industry.

1. Classification: Huacheng Jinyan can producea range of Hastelloy G30 seamless pipes, welded pipes, plates, bars, forgings,rings, wire and supporting welding materials with various specifications.
2. Ex-factory status: Seamless Tube: solidsolution + acid white, length can be fixed; Plate: solid solution, pickling,trimming; Welded Tube: solid solution acid white + RT% flaw detection; Forging:annealing + turning; the bar is delivered in the state of forging, surfacepolishing or lapping; the strip is delivered after cold rolling, solid solutionsoftening, and descaling; the wire is solid-dissolved and pickled in a disc orstraight strip, solid solution straight polished.
