I. Overview of Incoloy 330 (N08830)nickel-based alloy:
Incoloy 330 (N08330) is a nickel-iron-chromiumaustenitic alloy specifically designed to resist oxidation and carburizing inhigh temperature environments. The 34% -37% nickel content makes the materialhighly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and sigma phaseprecipitation embrittlement. The material is machined through standardmachining procedures for stainless steel and nickel alloys. It is widely usedfor corrosion resistance under the environment of cyclic heating andcarburizing.

IV. Corrosion resistance:
Incoloy 330 (N08830) has excellent corrosionresistance, especially against oxidation, carburizing and nitridingenvironments. In the aqueous medium environment, the chromium component of 330can resist the corrosion of oxidizing environment, and the nickel component canenhance the resistance to reduction corrosion. The alloy's high nickel contentmakes it quite resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and sigma phaseembrittlement.
V. Oxidation resistance:
Incoloy 330 (N08830) has excellent oxidationresistance and good anti-scaling ability at temperatures up to 2000 ° F (1095 °C). After the formation of any scale, it will adhere to the surface of thematerial tightly, especially under the conditions of alternating hot and coldcycles.
VI. Carburizing resistance:
35% nickel and a certain amount of silicon makethe material excellent in carburizing resistance. Alloy 330 exhibits excellentresistance to "green rot" in the alternating environment ofcarburizing and oxidation.

Ex-factory status: Seamless Tube: solidsolution + acid white, length can be fixed; Plate: solid solution, pickling,trimming; Welded Tube: solid solution acid white + RT% flaw detection; Forging:annealing + turning; the bar is delivered in the state of forging, surface polishingor lapping; the strip is delivered after cold rolling, solid solutionsoftening, and descaling; the wire is solid-dissolved and pickled in a disc orstraight strip, solid solution straight polished.
